Deal Criteria
Every deal is carefully considered and must meet our criteria. Investments include majority and minority positions with protections and co-investments with like-minded, patient investors. Additionally, we prefer:
- Partnering with successful and aligned management teams
- Platform investment target EBITDA of $3.0 million to $8.0 million, with add-ons starting at $1.0 million
- Defensible market position, intellectual property, or “know-how” with low risk of technological obsolescence
- Diverse customer base and limited customer concentration
- Limited exposure outside of North America
- Preferred industries include, but are not necessarily limited to: manufacturing, aerospace, healthcare products, building materials, distribution, and niche financial services
